The third addition to our family has finally arrived and we couldn't be happier that he's here safe and sound! Here are some pictures of the big day...July 13th 2009.
Here's where it all began! We're hanging out in the delivery room before things got exciting. It was pretty low key...Bryan chillin out to his ipod and taking a nap. I read my book for a while and watched a little tv.

Here the view from my bed. Bryan relaxing and looking cute...

My mom and dad arrived a little later...and my dad managed to catch a little nap in the waiting room. Cute eh?

After only four and a half hours of easy labor...Jacob Bryan Olsen was born at 2:34 pm. My epidural was perfect and I pushed him out after about three tries. He was so big that even my doctor was surprised! We all waited in anticipation as they put him on the scale...and when we read the numbers all of us in the room about fell over! 10 pounds 11 ounces! Have you ever seen a bigger baby? Sheesh!!!

Proud Grandparents!

Nathan and Hannah came a little later and got to meet their new brother. It was so cute to watch them meet for the first time.

Great grandma and grandpa meet Jacob.

Of course I had to save some hospital snacks for the kids when they came to visit. They thought it was pretty cool to sit on the hospital bed and use the rolling table.

The loves of my life...all four of them!

Mom and Jake hangin out taking pics. I can't tell you how much I love this little guy!

Here's the view from my hospital room...It was so pretty...looking east towards the mountains!

Getting ready to go home!

We made it home and marked the occasion with a pic. We're now a family of five! Holy cow!!

He's a STUD!! ....but 10 pounds, and he seriously came that quick??!! WHOA!!! Being a family of five is fun....and lots more work!! Hope you're feeling great!! Wish I lived close so i could bring you some food or something!!
Yeah!!! Great post. I can't believe how big he is. He's pushing 11 pounds Beth. Insane. I'm so glad it was an easy delivery. You deserve that after the crazy sickness and nine months of being sick :) I guess technically you're a family of 7 if you count the cats. So happy for yall and I love most of all the pics of Nathan and Hannah with their new little brother. So cute!
What a big boy!!! I'm glad he didn't give you very much grief coming out though, what a good boy to be so nice to mommy :). A family of five! Crazy... it's the best ever though. There's nothing like a new baby in the family to bring such a great spirit into your home! Enjoy!!!! Because as you know, they sure don't stay little very long!
Cute pics! Need me to come hold him again??!!!
Congrats! How cute your family is. I hope that you are doing much better, and that he is well. Even after you have other children, it is still amazing how fast the babies grow. It is such a blessing to be mommy, but such hard work. Good Luck with 3, I'm not sure I'm ready for that yet...god thing it's you =)
Congrats guys! I'm glad we get to come back and see Jake. He sure seems like he's got a head start on that "growin' up" thing. ;)
He is SO cute!!! Congratulations. I love the pics you put up.
we love you all!
